Heroic Minds, (“Heroic Minds”, “we”, “our”, “us” as context may dictate) respects the importance of your right to privacy and is committed to preserving the privacy of all individuals who use our website and mobile site (collectively, the “Site”), applications, tools, or products, including our Heroic Minds mobile software application which allows you to engage with your network and share certain content and information with other users of the platform (together with the Site, collectively, our “Services”). Accordingly, this privacy policy is designed to help you understand how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you engage with us (“privacy policy”).

C. If Our Business Changes Hands
We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Data provided by users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business be transferred along with the transferred part of the business.
