Business

  • Requirements
    Professionals must hold a diploma from an accredited institution, certification from a governing body, and valid professional insurance.

    Copyright & Ownership
    All content is owned by you the professional. Heroic Minds will only utilize a professional’s content on the Heroic Minds platform to promote their work on social media. Should the professional want to remove their content from the platform, they can do so at their own discretion anytime.

    Who Can Author
    Clinicians, researchers, therapists, doctors, coaches and mental health professionals who have education and inspiration to share.

    Cross Promotion
    This agreement allows either party to promote or remove one another’s logo and/or brand name on their website, social media, and email marketing.

  • Free Content
    Content that you upload as free does not receive compensation per view.

    Paid Content
    Content that you upload as “paid” is compensated $0.10 cents per view.

    You determine the access of each piece of content when uploading. You can adjust the level of access at anytime by editing any piece of content.

  • Canada
    If you live in Canada you are sent your monthly payment via E-transfer with the email you provide in your profile. Payment is sent at the end of every month including HST.

    Outside Canada
    If you live outside of Canada you are sent payment via WISE. You can set up your WISE account here. Please use the same email provided in your professional account. Payment is sent at the end of every month including HST.

  • Download Heroic Minds on your mobile device from the app store.

    Sign up with the same email you use for professional account.

    This will give you free access to all of your free & paid content as well as any other professional’s free content on the platform.

  • Ensure you add your booking link to your profile. Simply click “edit” in your profile screen and paste in your booking link from your website.

Uploading, Editing, Sharing

  • Audio episodes must be uploaded in MP3 format. File must be less than 10mb, roughly 10-minutes.

  • For the best experience, images need to be 250×250 (square) aspect ratio and must be less than 5mb.

    Image files can be PNG, JPG or HEIF.

  • Videos can be landscape or portrait view and must be less than 10GB, roughly 10 minutes.

    Videos can be uploaded in JPEG, MPEG-4, M4V, and MOV formats.

  • A series is a collection of content under a main topic or idea.

    A series can either be all audio or all video.

    Every time you upload a new piece of content to a series a notification will go out to users.

  • Via Dashboard
    From your dashboard click the “Share” button that is visible beside any piece of content.

    Click “Copy Link.” The link is now copied to your clipboard and can now be shared via any platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

    Via Mobile App

    From your mobile app click to view the content you would like to share. In the bottom right corner of your screen you will see a “Share” button. Click this button.

    The link can now be shared via any platform (Text message, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
